Reviews and Ratings
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were quite old and dirty initially, but I eventually received a clean room without any issues. The location was fantastic for exploring Chiang Mai, close to temples and the night market. The service was a bit hit or miss with some staff being unhelpful, but overall it was a pleasant stay.
I arrived at this hotel and found it to be quite a mixed bag. The check-in experience was smooth, but the room I was allocated, although decent in size, was underwhelming and in need of a deep clean. However, the location was perfect, right in the heart of the Old Town, yet there were some difficulties with parking due to a narrow street entrance. The service was friendly and accommodating, with helpful staff able to assist with side trips and excursions. The dining options were limited and not very tasty, but the facilities, including the swimming pool, were sufficient for a relaxing stay.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of good and not-so-good experiences. The room I stayed in, located in building 'M,' didn't have hot water and was probably one of the least favorable room types of the hotel. It was small and old, although fairly clean. The overall hotel quality needed improvement. On the bright side, the other rooms were spacious and clean, offering a comfortable stay. The service was a bit noisy with a dot matrix printer running at 1 AM, but the staff was very friendly and always helpful. The location was the best part of this hotel, with everything within easy walking distance, including markets, restaurants, massage parlors, and must-see sites. The dining options were limited and not very tasty, but the staff was kind and helpful. The facilities were average.
